Games, Rewards & Weekly Giveaway Rules
Last Updated: 17 September 2026
These Games, Rewards & Weekly Giveaway Rules (“Games Rules”) govern the use of Kankaali’s online games, game-related rewards, advertising rewards, XP system, Tickets and weekly giveaways (“Games Programme”).
The Games Programme currently includes:
Orbital Merge
Orbital Stack
Orbital Puzzle
Kankaali may introduce additional games, rewards or related features in the future. These Games Rules may therefore apply to additional games or features when made available.
By accessing or using any Kankaali game or related reward feature, you agree to these Games Rules together with Kankaali’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and other applicable policies.
1. The Games
Kankaali provides games for entertainment, recreation and gameplay purposes.
The current games are:
Orbital Merge
A merge-based gameplay experience in which users play to progress and achieve game objectives.
Orbital Stack
A stacking-based gameplay experience in which users play to build and progress within the game.
Orbital Puzzle
A puzzle-based gameplay experience in which users solve gameplay challenges and progress within the game.
Gameplay mechanics, scoring systems, levels, difficulty, objectives and other game features may be updated, balanced, modified or replaced from time to time.
2. No Entry Stake or Wager
Users are not required to place a monetary stake, wager or deposit in order to play the Games Programme or participate in the normal reward mechanics described in these Games Rules.
Users should not treat Kankaali games, XP, K-Coins or Tickets as gambling instruments.
Tickets are not wagers, bets or stakes and are not sold for the purpose of participating in the weekly giveaway.
3. K-Coins, XP and Tickets
Kankaali uses three separate reward systems:
K-Coins
K-Coins are Kankaali’s digital platform currency/reward units.
K-Coins are not cash, bank deposits or a promise of monetary payment.
Their use, value, redemption or other permitted purposes are determined by Kankaali’s applicable K-Coin rules and the features made available on the website.
XP
XP (“Experience Points”) records a user’s progress and activity within Kankaali’s Games Programme.
XP is not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money.
XP may be earned through gameplay and eligible reward activities, including successful advertising-reward activities described below.
Tickets
Tickets are temporary weekly giveaway-entry units generated through the applicable XP/reward system.
Tickets are not cash, do not represent money, and cannot be withdrawn for money.
Tickets are used only for the applicable weekly giveaway selection process.
Tickets cannot be sold, transferred or independently exchanged for cash.
4. Daily Advertising Rewards
Kankaali may provide eligible users with the opportunity to receive rewards for successfully completing eligible video advertisements presented through Kankaali’s authorised advertising system.
The current advertising reward structure is:
5 K-Coins per successfully completed eligible ad
400 XP per successfully completed eligible ad
The maximum K-Coin reward from this advertising feature is:
15 K-Coins per user per day
This corresponds to a maximum of 3 rewarded ad completions per daily reward cycle.
The daily advertising reward limit applies regardless of how many times a user attempts to request or view additional advertisements.
5. Successful Ad Completion
An advertising reward is granted only when the applicable advertising system and Kankaali’s reward system record the advertisement as successfully completed and eligible for reward.
Simply opening, starting, partially viewing, closing or attempting to replay an advertisement does not guarantee a reward.
A user is not required to click an advertiser’s advertisement in order to receive the Kankaali reward.
Kankaali does not reward users for clicking advertisements.
Where the advertising network reports that an advertisement was not validly completed, was interrupted, was not eligible, or otherwise failed the applicable verification requirements, the corresponding reward may not be issued.
6. Advertising Availability
Rewarded advertisements are subject to availability.
Kankaali cannot guarantee that an eligible advertisement will always be available when a user requests one.
Advertisement availability may vary according to geographic location, device, advertising demand, technical conditions, frequency limits, advertiser requirements and the policies of Kankaali’s advertising partners.
If no eligible advertisement is available, the user may be unable to claim an advertising reward at that time.
7. Advertising Network Rules
Kankaali may use third-party advertising technology and advertising networks to deliver video advertisements.
The advertisements shown to a user are supplied through the applicable advertising provider and may vary between users.
Kankaali does not control every advertisement selected, served or displayed by a third-party advertising system.
Kankaali may restrict or disable particular advertisements, categories, advertisers or advertising formats where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, technical, contractual or user-experience reasons.
Users must not attempt to manipulate advertisement delivery, advertisement completion or advertising measurements.
8. Daily Reward Reset
The advertising reward limit operates on Kankaali’s designated daily reward cycle.
The daily K-Coin advertising reward limit resets at the applicable reset time used by Kankaali’s Games Programme.
A user’s unused daily advertising allowance does not accumulate into future days unless Kankaali expressly states otherwise.
For example, if a user claims only 5 K-Coins from advertising on one day, the unused portion of that day’s 15-K-Coin limit is not automatically carried forward.
9. XP from Advertising
Each successfully completed eligible rewarded advertisement currently provides:
400 XP
Accordingly, the maximum XP that can currently be generated through the daily advertising reward feature is:
1,200 XP per daily reward cycle
This advertising XP is separate from XP that may be earned through gameplay or other eligible Kankaali activities.
Kankaali may change the XP amount, advertising limit or reward structure for future activity by updating the applicable programme rules.
10. XP From Gameplay
Users may also earn XP through eligible gameplay activities.
The amount of XP associated with gameplay may vary according to the particular game, activity, achievement, event or reward mechanism.
Kankaali may introduce, remove or modify XP-earning activities.
XP awards are determined by Kankaali’s recorded gameplay and reward systems.
Attempts to manipulate XP through bugs, automated actions, scripts, modified game behaviour or other artificial means are prohibited.
11. XP and Inactivity
Kankaali uses an activity-based XP retention system.
A user is considered inactive for this purpose when the user does not complete a qualifying gameplay session in any Kankaali game for 7 consecutive days.
After the applicable 7-day inactivity period has been reached, Kankaali may begin reducing the user’s XP balance by:
5% per day
The daily reduction is calculated from the user’s current XP balance at the time of the daily reduction.
This means that the reduction may compound from one inactivity day to the next.
Example
If a user’s applicable XP balance is 10,000 XP when the first inactivity reduction occurs:
Day 1: 10,000 → 9,500 XP
The following day’s 5% reduction is calculated from the updated balance rather than the original 10,000 XP.
XP will not be reduced below zero.
Resuming Activity
The inactivity reduction stops once the user returns and completes a qualifying active gameplay session in any eligible Kankaali game.
Simply opening a game without meaningful gameplay may not constitute a qualifying gameplay session.
The minimum activity required for a session to qualify may be specified by Kankaali within the relevant game interface and may be updated from time to time.
Important
Although the platform may display a user’s accumulated XP as “Lifetime XP” or a similar label, that XP balance remains subject to the inactivity rules described above.
12. Weekly Tickets
Eligible XP and other qualifying activities may be used to generate Tickets according to the conversion or earning mechanism shown within the Kankaali Games Programme.
The applicable Ticket earning rate may differ from time to time and may be displayed directly within the game or reward interface.
Tickets are associated with the applicable weekly giveaway period.
Unused Tickets generally expire when the relevant weekly giveaway period ends and the Ticket balance resets.
Tickets from a previous week do not automatically carry over to the next weekly giveaway unless Kankaali expressly states otherwise.
13. Weekly Giveaway
Kankaali may conduct a weekly giveaway from time to time.
Eligible users may receive an opportunity to participate in the giveaway through Tickets earned under the Games Programme.
The giveaway selection is conducted using Kankaali’s designated random-selection system from eligible entries or selection weights.
Where Tickets are used as selection weight, holding more valid Tickets may provide a greater probability of selection than holding fewer valid Tickets.
However:
No specific number of Tickets guarantees selection.
Possessing Tickets does not guarantee that a user will receive a prize.
Kankaali may publish the applicable giveaway prize, eligibility requirements, giveaway period and other event-specific information through the website or Games Programme.
14. Giveaway Eligibility
To participate in a weekly giveaway, a user must satisfy the eligibility requirements applicable to that giveaway.
Kankaali may require the user’s account to:
- be active and in good standing;
- have completed applicable verification requirements;
- have earned Tickets through eligible activity;
- not be subject to a fraud, abuse or security investigation;
- comply with these Games Rules and other applicable Kankaali policies.
Kankaali may disqualify entries or withhold a prize where the associated account or activity is found to be fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, automated or otherwise ineligible.
15. Random Selection
The weekly giveaway selection is intended to be conducted through Kankaali’s designated random-selection process.
Kankaali will maintain records of the applicable eligible entries or selection weights used for the relevant giveaway.
Technical or administrative corrections may be made where a genuine system error affects the giveaway process.
Kankaali may rerun a selection where reasonably necessary because of a technical failure, invalid entry, fraud, system error or other circumstance affecting the integrity of the selection.
16. No Transfer or Sale of Tickets
Tickets are personal to the account that earned them.
Users must not sell, transfer, exchange, trade or otherwise commercially deal in Tickets.
Tickets cannot be converted into cash.
Users must not attempt to create artificial Tickets through multiple accounts, automated play, coordinated manipulation or other prohibited activity.
17. One Account and Fair Play
Unless Kankaali expressly permits otherwise, each person should use one genuine Kankaali account for participation in the Games Programme.
Users must not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional K-Coins, XP, Tickets, giveaway entries or other benefits.
The following activities are prohibited:
- bots or automated gameplay;
- scripts or macros used to generate rewards;
- modified clients or unauthorised game modifications;
- artificial advertisement completion;
- repeated manipulation of advertisement requests;
- fake or duplicate accounts;
- exploitative use of bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
- manipulation of XP, K-Coins or Tickets;
- coordinated activity designed to bypass limits;
- fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
18. Advertisement and Reward Fraud
Kankaali may monitor reward activity to protect the integrity of the Games Programme and its advertising relationships.
Where the system identifies unusual or suspicious activity, Kankaali may:
- withhold a pending reward;
- delay the crediting of rewards;
- reverse improperly credited K-Coins or XP;
- invalidate affected Tickets or giveaway entries;
- restrict access to reward features;
- suspend an account while an investigation is conducted; or
- terminate access to the Games Programme where serious or repeated abuse is established.
Kankaali may rely on its own records and information supplied by applicable third-party advertising or technology providers when reviewing reward eligibility.
19. Third-Party Advertising Systems
Kankaali may rely on third-party advertising providers to verify advertisement delivery, viewability and completion.
Where a third-party advertising system reports that a rewarded advertisement was invalid, incomplete, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise ineligible, Kankaali may withhold or reverse the associated K-Coins and XP.
Kankaali is not responsible for advertising availability, advertiser campaign changes, technical failures or other events occurring within a third-party advertising system outside Kankaali’s reasonable control.
20. Changes to Games and Rewards
Kankaali may change, suspend or discontinue:
- individual games;
- game mechanics;
- XP earning methods;
- K-Coin rewards;
- advertising reward limits;
- Ticket earning rates;
- weekly giveaway schedules;
- giveaway prizes;
- eligibility requirements; or
- other Games Programme features.
Changes may be made to improve the service, maintain fairness, address technical issues, comply with applicable law, comply with third-party requirements, prevent abuse or for other legitimate operational reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting future user activity will be communicated through the website, game interface or applicable programme information.
Previously earned rewards may nevertheless be corrected, reversed or invalidated where they were generated through fraud, abuse, technical errors or otherwise ineligible activity.
21. Technical Issues
Games and reward systems depend on software, servers, internet connectivity, advertising systems and other technical infrastructure.
Kankaali does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary loss of access, delayed reward crediting, unavailable advertisements, incorrect display information or other technical issues may occur.
Where a genuine technical error affects a user’s reward balance, Kankaali may investigate and make an appropriate correction based on available records.
22. Game Results and Reward Records
Kankaali’s electronic records are used to determine gameplay activity, eligible rewards, Ticket balances, advertising completions and other programme activity.
A visual display in a game or dashboard may occasionally differ temporarily from the final recorded balance because of processing, synchronisation, verification, technical or other operational reasons.
The final reward status is determined by Kankaali’s authoritative backend records after applicable verification and adjustment.
23. Prizes and Taxes
Any prize, reward or giveaway benefit is subject to the specific conditions announced for the applicable giveaway.
Where applicable law requires tax deduction, reporting or other statutory compliance in relation to a prize or reward, Kankaali may take the required action.
The recipient is responsible for complying with any tax obligations applicable to amounts or benefits received by that recipient.
24. No Guarantee of Reward
Participating in a game, watching advertisements, earning XP or holding Tickets does not guarantee that a user will receive a particular monetary or non-monetary benefit.
Advertising rewards depend on successful eligible advertisement completion.
XP depends on eligible activities.
Tickets depend on the applicable reward system.
Giveaway prizes depend on the applicable eligibility and random-selection process.
25. Responsible Use
Kankaali’s games are intended for entertainment and recreational use.
Users should take reasonable breaks and avoid excessive or prolonged gameplay.
Kankaali may introduce additional user-safety features, activity controls, reporting mechanisms or other safeguards where appropriate to the nature of the Games Programme.
26. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Kankaali may operate and modify the Games Programme in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, advertising requirements, platform requirements and directions of competent authorities.
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 establish India’s current national framework for online gaming, including provisions concerning online social games, user safety, game determination, registration where applicable, grievance mechanisms and enforcement.
Nothing in these Games Rules is intended to permit wagering, staking or participation in a prohibited online money game.
Where applicable law or a direction of a competent authority requires a change to any Games Programme feature, Kankaali may modify, suspend or discontinue the affected feature accordingly.
27. Complaints and Support
Users may contact Kankaali through the designated contact-us published on the website regarding:
- missing K-Coins;
- incorrect XP balances;
- Ticket issues;
- advertising reward issues;
- giveaway eligibility;
- game-related technical problems; or
- suspected abuse or account issues.
Kankaali will process complaints in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.
28. Acceptance
By accessing or using any Kankaali game, advertising reward feature, XP system, Ticket system or weekly giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Games Rules and agree to comply with them.
These Games Rules should be read together with Kankaali’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return/Refund Policy, K-Coin Rules and any specific rules published for an individual game, event or giveaway.
