Affiliate & Referral FAQ & Guide
Everything you need to know about earning with Kankaali
Welcome to the Kankaali Partner Programme! You can earn in two different ways:
Affiliate Earnings: Earn 10% commission on eligible purchases made through your commission links.
Viral Referrals: Earn 100 K-Coins for every eligible and verified new signup made using your referral code.
1. How do I earn 10% commission?
You earn a 10% commission when someone clicks your Kankaali commission link and completes an eligible purchase.
You can use your permanent commission link or generate commission links for specific Kankaali products and pages using the Custom Link Generator in your Partner Hub.
Example
A customer clicks your commission link and completes an eligible ₹1,000 purchase.
Your commission:
₹1,000 × 10% = ₹100
The exact commissionable amount is determined according to Kankaali’s applicable transaction and commission rules.
2. Is my commission link permanent?
Yes.
Your standard commission link is designed to remain active and does not automatically expire while the Affiliate Programme and the relevant Kankaali destination remain available.
3. Can I create a commission link for any Kankaali page?
You can use the Custom Link Generator to convert eligible Kankaali product or page links into commission links.
This makes it possible to share a specific product, collection, category or other eligible Kankaali page rather than always sending people to the homepage.
4. When do I actually receive my commission?
Your commission does not become immediately withdrawable after the customer places an order.
The process is:
Purchase → Pending → 3-day customer return period → Final checks and adjustments → Available balance
Your commission remains in Pending status while the applicable customer return period is active.
After the 3-day no-questions-asked return period has passed, Kankaali may complete final adjustments for returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks or other transaction issues.
Once the applicable checks are complete, the eligible amount can become available for withdrawal.
5. Why is my commission showing as Pending?
Pending simply means the commission has been recorded but is not yet available for withdrawal.
This is because Kankaali needs to allow the applicable customer return period to pass and complete any necessary transaction adjustments first.
A pending commission should not be treated as a guaranteed final payout until it becomes eligible and available.
6. What happens if the customer returns the product?
If the customer returns an order during the applicable return period, the related affiliate commission may not become payable.
If a transaction is later refunded, cancelled, reversed or otherwise becomes ineligible, Kankaali may cancel or reverse the related commission.
This prevents commissions from being paid on transactions that ultimately do not remain valid.
7. What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal amount is:
₹500
Only your eligible and available earnings count toward the ₹500 minimum.
Pending commissions do not count as available withdrawal balance.
8. How do I request a payout?
Once your available balance reaches at least ₹500, you can submit a payout request through the applicable Partner Hub payout facility.
Kankaali will then begin the payout processing and verification process within 3 days of receiving a valid payout request.
This means the payout process is initiated within 3 days. It does not mean that the money is guaranteed to reach your bank account within 3 days.
The final arrival time can depend on banking, UPI and payment-processing systems.
9. Where will my affiliate payment be sent?
Affiliate payouts are made through UPI using the payment details you provide to Kankaali.
Please make sure your UPI details are correct, active and belong to you.
Incorrect or inactive payment information can cause delays or failed transfers.
Viral Referral Programme
10. How does the referral programme work?
Your Partner Hub provides you with a unique referral code.
Share the code with friends or other people who are genuinely interested in joining Kankaali.
When a new eligible user enters your code during account setup and successfully completes the applicable verification requirements, you receive:
100 K-Coins
11. Do I receive 100 K-Coins immediately after someone enters my code?
The referral reward is credited after the signup is considered an eligible and verified signup.
Simply entering a code does not guarantee the reward.
For example, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, automated registrations or other ineligible activity may not qualify.
12. How many people can use my referral code?
Each referral code can be used for up to:
3 verified signups
After the applicable 3 uses have been reached, Kankaali’s system may automatically generate or assign a new referral code for you.
13. Is there a monthly referral limit?
Yes.
The standard limit is:
15 verified signups per calendar month
Referral activity above the applicable monthly limit does not qualify for additional K-Coins unless Kankaali expressly states otherwise.
14. Can I refer myself?
No.
You must not use your own referral code to create or manipulate accounts for the purpose of receiving referral rewards.
Creating multiple accounts or arranging artificial signups to earn K-Coins is not permitted.
15. Can I refer family members or friends?
Yes, provided they are genuine new users joining Kankaali for themselves.
You should not create, control or coordinate accounts simply to generate referral rewards.
16. What happens if someone already has a Kankaali account?
A referral reward is intended for a genuine new signup.
An existing or duplicate account generally will not qualify as a new verified referral.
17. Can I add my referral code after someone has already created an account?
Referral codes are intended to be entered during the applicable account-registration or setup process.
A code generally cannot be added retrospectively after registration has been completed unless Kankaali expressly allows it.
K-Coins & Cash Commission
18. Are K-Coins the same as cash commission?
No.
They are two separate forms of rewards:
Affiliate Commission = Cash earnings
K-Coins = Kankaali promotional reward points
Your affiliate commission and K-Coins are tracked separately.
19. Can I withdraw K-Coins as cash?
K-Coins are not automatically cash.
They can only be converted, redeemed or otherwise used where Kankaali expressly provides an applicable facility or feature.
Any conversion rate or redemption conditions displayed by Kankaali will apply at the time of use.
20. Can I transfer my K-Coins to another person?
K-Coins cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the facilities specifically provided by Kankaali.
Promotion & Sharing
21. Where can I share my affiliate link?
You may share your eligible commission links through legitimate promotional channels such as:
Social media
Websites and blogs
Messaging platforms
Online communities
Other lawful promotional channels
Your promotion must be honest, clear and compliant with applicable laws, platform rules and Kankaali policies.
22. Can I use paid advertising?
You may only use paid advertising where the relevant advertising activity is permitted under Kankaali’s applicable Programme rules and does not misuse Kankaali’s branding, tracking systems or trademarks.
Do not create advertisements that impersonate Kankaali or mislead people about who is providing the promotion.
23. Do I need to disclose that I earn commission?
Where you promote Kankaali in circumstances where you have a material commercial relationship with Kankaali, you should make that relationship clear to your audience in accordance with applicable advertising and platform requirements.
For example, an appropriate disclosure may include “Affiliate” where applicable.
The disclosure should be clear and sufficiently prominent for people to understand that you may benefit from the promotion.
24. Can I tell people they will definitely make money through the Partner Programme?
No.
Do not promise or guarantee earnings.
Your actual earnings depend on eligible purchases, verified referrals, programme limits and other applicable conditions.
Statements such as “guaranteed ₹10,000 every month” or similar claims should not be made unless Kankaali expressly provides and authorises such a guarantee.
Fraud, Abuse & Account Safety
25. What counts as abuse?
Examples include:
Fake accounts
Fake orders
Self-referrals
Artificial clicks or traffic
Bots or automated registrations
Manipulation of referral or affiliate tracking
Fraudulent transactions
Spam
Misleading promotions
Attempts to bypass programme limits
This list is not exhaustive.
26. What can Kankaali do if suspicious activity is detected?
Kankaali may review the activity and temporarily place affected commissions, K-Coins or payout requests on hold while the matter is investigated.
Where prohibited or fraudulent activity is established, Kankaali may cancel or reverse affected rewards and may restrict or terminate access to the Affiliate or Referral Programme, subject to applicable law.
27. Can a payout be put on hold?
Yes.
A payout may be temporarily held when additional verification or investigation is reasonably necessary, including where there is a transaction dispute, suspected fraud, unusual activity or another issue affecting eligibility.
Quick Examples
Example 1 — Affiliate Purchase
A customer clicks your commission link and buys an eligible ₹2,000 product.
10% commission = ₹200
The ₹200 first appears as Pending.
After the applicable 3-day customer return period and final transaction adjustments are completed, the eligible commission may become available.
Example 2 — Customer Returns the Order
A customer purchases through your link for ₹2,000, but the order is returned during the applicable return period.
The related commission may be cancelled because the underlying transaction did not remain an eligible completed purchase.
Example 3 — Payout Request
Your available affiliate balance is ₹650.
You request a payout.
Because your balance is above the ₹500 minimum, the request can be submitted.
Kankaali begins the payout processing and verification process within 3 days of receiving the valid request.
Example 4 — Referral
A new genuine user enters your referral code during account setup and passes the required verification.
You receive:
100 K-Coins
Your code can then continue to be used until it reaches its applicable 3 verified signup limit.
Example 5 — Monthly Limit
You receive 15 verified referrals during a calendar month.
You have reached the standard monthly limit.
Additional signups during that month will not qualify for additional referral K-Coins unless Kankaali expressly provides otherwise.
