Games, Rewards & Giveaway FAQ & Guide

Play. Earn XP. Collect Tickets. Get a chance to win every week.

Kankaali currently offers three games:

Orbital Merge
Orbital Stack
Orbital Puzzle

You can play these games for entertainment, earn XP through eligible gameplay and reward activities, collect Tickets, and participate in Kankaali’s weekly giveaway.

1. How do Kankaali’s game rewards work?

Kankaali uses three connected reward systems:

K-Coins — Kankaali’s platform reward currency.

XP — Experience Points earned through eligible gameplay and reward activities.

Tickets — XP-based units used for weekly giveaway participation.

There are two types of Tickets:

Lifetime Tickets — your permanent cumulative progress.

Weekly Tickets — your entries/selection weight for the current weekly giveaway.

2. How can I earn K-Coins from games?

Eligible users can receive K-Coins by successfully completing available rewarded video advertisements within Kankaali’s games.

The current reward is:

5 K-Coins + 400 XP per successfully completed eligible ad

There is currently a maximum of:

15 K-Coins per day from rewarded advertisements

That means up to 3 rewarded ads per daily reward cycle.

The daily K-Coin limit applies specifically to these advertising rewards.

3. Do I earn XP from watching ads?

Yes.

Each successfully completed eligible rewarded advertisement currently gives:

400 XP

With the current daily limit of 3 rewarded advertisements, users can earn up to:

1,200 XP per day from rewarded advertisements

You can also earn XP through eligible gameplay and other activities provided within Kankaali.

4. Do I need to click the advertisement to receive my reward?

No.

The reward is based on successful completion of an eligible rewarded advertisement, not on clicking the advertiser’s ad.

Do not click advertisements simply to obtain rewards.

Advertising systems may also apply their own verification and availability requirements.

5. Why didn’t I receive my ad reward?

An advertisement reward is credited only when the ad and Kankaali’s reward system recognise the advertisement as successfully completed and eligible.

A reward may not be issued when an advertisement:

  • was not fully completed;
  • was interrupted;
  • was unavailable or invalid;
  • was not recognised by the advertising system;
  • was duplicated or manipulated; or
  • failed another applicable verification check.

Temporary technical or advertising-system issues can also affect reward delivery.

6. Are rewarded advertisements always available?

No.

Rewarded advertisements depend on current advertising availability, demand, location, device, technical conditions and other factors.

Kankaali cannot guarantee that an eligible rewarded advertisement will always be available whenever you request one.

7. What is XP?

XP means Experience Points.

XP measures your accumulated progress and activity within Kankaali’s games and reward system.

XP is not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money.

XP can be used to generate Tickets according to the current Ticket system.

8. How many XP are needed for one Ticket?

Every 5,000 XP = 1 Ticket.

This is the basis for both your Lifetime Ticket progress and your Weekly Ticket earning.

For example:

5,000 XP = 1 Ticket
10,000 XP = 2 Tickets
25,000 XP = 5 Tickets
50,000 XP = 10 Tickets

9. What are Lifetime Tickets?

Lifetime Tickets are your permanent cumulative Ticket count.

They work somewhat like a long-term player progression statistic.

Every Ticket you earn is added to your Lifetime Ticket total.

Lifetime Tickets do not disappear when a weekly giveaway ends.

They represent how many Tickets you have accumulated over your Kankaali activity history.

Example

Suppose during one week you earn 12 Weekly Tickets.

After that week’s winner is selected:

Weekly Tickets → 0

But your:

Lifetime Tickets → +12

Those 12 Tickets remain included in your permanent Lifetime Ticket count.

10. What are Weekly Tickets?

Weekly Tickets are the Tickets that matter for the current weekly giveaway.

They are earned from XP during the current weekly period.

The more Weekly Tickets you have during that period, the greater your selection weight in that week’s random giveaway.

11. How does Weekly Ticket earning work?

During the current weekly period:

Every 5,000 XP earned = 1 Weekly Ticket

For example, if you earn 40,000 eligible XP during the week:

40,000 ÷ 5,000 = 8 Weekly Tickets

Those 8 Weekly Tickets are used for that week’s giveaway selection.

12. Are Weekly Tickets the same as Lifetime Tickets?

They are connected, but they have different purposes.

Weekly Tickets = current giveaway participation

Lifetime Tickets = permanent cumulative progress

The number of Weekly Tickets you earn during a giveaway period is added permanently to your Lifetime Ticket total after the weekly selection is completed.

13. What happens to Weekly Tickets after the winner is selected?

After the weekly winner is selected:

Weekly Tickets reset to 0.

The Weekly Tickets earned during that completed period are then added to your Lifetime Tickets total.

Your next weekly period starts with:

0 Weekly Tickets

and you begin earning new Weekly Tickets from new XP earned during the new period.

14. When does the weekly giveaway period begin and end?

The weekly giveaway cycle follows Indian Standard Time (IST).

Each weekly period runs:

Sunday 12:00 AM IST → following Sunday 12:00 AM IST

At the end of the weekly period, the eligible Ticket pool for that period is used for the random selection.

A new weekly period then begins.

15. How is the weekly winner selected?

Kankaali selects one winner every week using an automated random-selection algorithm.

Each valid Weekly Ticket acts as one unit of selection weight.

For example:

User A = 1 Weekly Ticket

User B = 20 Weekly Tickets

User A’s Ticket appears in the selection pool once, while User B’s Ticket is represented 20 times evenly in the selection pool.

The system then performs the random selection from the eligible Ticket pool.

Having more Tickets therefore gives a user a greater selection weight, but does not guarantee that the user will be selected.

16. Does having more Weekly Tickets guarantee winning?

No.

Weekly Tickets increase your selection weight, but the winner is still selected randomly from the eligible selection pool.

For example, having 20 Tickets does not guarantee that you will win.

It gives your account 20 units of selection weight in comparison with accounts having fewer valid Tickets.

17. How many winners are selected each week?

Currently:

1 winner per weekly giveaway

18. Do I need to manually enter the giveaway?

No.

If you have valid Weekly Tickets and satisfy the giveaway eligibility requirements, your Weekly Tickets are automatically included in the applicable weekly selection.

You do not need to purchase an entry or manually submit each Ticket.

19. Who is eligible for the weekly giveaway?

To participate, you must:

Have a Kankaali account with a verified mobile number

and

Have valid Weekly Tickets for the applicable giveaway period.

The weekly giveaway is currently available to users in India.

Your account must also remain eligible and in good standing under Kankaali’s applicable rules.

20. Is there an entry fee for the giveaway?

No separate entry fee is required to use the Weekly Ticket system described here.

Weekly Tickets are earned through eligible XP accumulation.

Tickets are not wagers and are not purchased as bets.

21. Are Tickets cash?

No.

Tickets are not money and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

They are reward/progression units used within Kankaali’s Ticket and giveaway system.

22. Can I buy, sell or transfer Tickets?

No.

Tickets are associated with the account that earned them.

They cannot be sold, transferred, traded or exchanged for cash outside any specific feature that Kankaali expressly provides.

23. What happens if I win?

When you are selected as the weekly winner, the applicable prize will automatically appear in your Kankaali profile.

The winner listing will remain available for:

3 days

During that period, the winner must complete the applicable claim/collection process.

Kankaali may also contact the winner using the verified mobile number registered to the account to remind them about the prize.

24. What if I do not claim my prize within 3 days?

The prize expires.

If the selected winner does not complete the required claim/collection process within the applicable 3-day period, the prize is forfeited permanently.

The unclaimed prize will not remain available indefinitely and will not automatically be transferred to another giveaway.

Kankaali may treat the prize as permanently unclaimed once the applicable claim period has expired.

25. Will Kankaali select another winner if the winner does not claim the prize?

No replacement winner is currently guaranteed.

If the selected winner fails to claim the prize within the applicable claim period, the prize is gone permanently unless Kankaali expressly announces another process for a particular giveaway.

26. What is the difference between XP, Weekly Tickets and Lifetime Tickets?

Think of the system like this:

XP → creates Tickets

Weekly Tickets → give you selection weight for this week’s giveaway

Lifetime Tickets → permanently record your accumulated Ticket progress

For example:

You earn 50,000 XP.

That creates:

10 Tickets

Those 10 become part of your Weekly Tickets for the current giveaway.

After the winner is selected:

Weekly Tickets reset to 0

and the 10 Tickets are added to:

Lifetime Tickets

Your Lifetime Ticket total therefore continues to grow over time.

27. What happens if I stop playing?

Kankaali has an inactivity system for XP.

If you do not return and complete a qualifying active gameplay session in any Kankaali game for 7 consecutive days, your XP balance begins to decrease.

The reduction is currently:

5% per day

The 5% is calculated from your current XP balance at the time of each daily reduction.

28. Does the XP reduction affect my Lifetime Tickets?

Your already accumulated Lifetime Tickets are permanent cumulative records and are not removed because of XP inactivity.

The inactivity system affects your XP balance.

Your Lifetime Ticket total continues to reflect the Tickets you have previously earned.

29. How do I stop XP from decreasing?

Return to any eligible Kankaali game and complete a qualifying active gameplay session.

Once you resume qualifying gameplay, the inactivity reduction stops.

Simply opening a game without actually playing may not count as a qualifying session.

30. Can XP become negative?

No.

Your XP balance cannot be reduced below 0 XP.

31. What happens to my Weekly Tickets if I stop playing?

Your Weekly Tickets remain associated with the current weekly giveaway period until that period’s selection is completed.

However, earning additional Weekly Tickets requires earning additional eligible XP.

Weekly Tickets are reset after the applicable Sunday selection, regardless of whether you continue playing afterward.

32. Can I create multiple accounts to get more K-Coins, XP or Tickets?

No.

Users must not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards, increasing giveaway entries, bypassing limits or manipulating the system.

Such activity may result in rewards being withheld or reversed and may lead to restrictions on the relevant account or programme access.

33. Can I use bots, scripts or automation to play?

No.

Automated gameplay, reward manipulation, artificial activity, scripts, bots, modified game clients and similar methods are prohibited.

The Games Programme is intended for genuine human gameplay and activity.

34. What happens if someone tries to cheat the reward system?

Kankaali may investigate suspicious activity.

Depending on the circumstances, Kankaali may:

  • hold pending rewards;
  • reverse improperly credited K-Coins or XP;
  • invalidate Weekly Tickets;
  • invalidate giveaway eligibility;
  • suspend an account while investigating;
  • restrict reward features; or
  • terminate access to the affected programme or account where appropriate.

35. Can Kankaali change the reward amounts?

Yes.

Kankaali may change gameplay rewards, advertising reward amounts, daily limits, XP values, Ticket mechanics, giveaway prizes or other programme features.

The rules displayed for the applicable feature at the time of use will govern future activity, subject to Kankaali’s applicable policies and legal obligations.

36. Why can advertising rewards sometimes be unavailable?

Rewarded advertising depends on third-party advertising availability.

There may be periods when no eligible advertisement is available for your account, device or location.

This does not necessarily indicate a problem with your account.

37. Are advertisements controlled entirely by Kankaali?

Kankaali may use third-party advertising providers to deliver advertisements.

The specific advertisement shown to you may therefore depend on the advertising provider’s systems, available campaigns and other factors.

Kankaali may restrict, remove or disable advertising content where appropriate.

38. Is playing the games enough to guarantee a giveaway prize?

No.

Playing can help you earn XP and therefore Tickets, but no amount of gameplay guarantees selection as the weekly winner.

The weekly winner is selected randomly according to the applicable automated selection system.

39. Can I see how many Weekly Tickets I have?

Yes.

Where the feature is available in my account, your current Weekly Ticket balance and Lifetime Ticket total will be displayed separately.

This allows you to see:

Weekly Tickets → your current giveaway selection weight

Lifetime Tickets → your total cumulative Ticket history

40. A simple example of the whole system

Imagine you start a new weekly period with:

0 Weekly Tickets
100 Lifetime Tickets

During the week, you earn:

25,000 XP

That produces:

5 new Weekly Tickets

You therefore have:

5 Weekly Tickets

for that week’s giveaway.

The random selector uses those 5 Tickets as your selection weight.

After the winner is selected:

Weekly Tickets → 0

and:

Lifetime Tickets → 105

The following week starts fresh with:

0 Weekly Tickets

while your 105 Lifetime Tickets remain recorded.

41. Where can I check my rewards?

Your Kankaali account/Partner or Games interface may display applicable:

K-Coins
XP
Weekly Tickets
Lifetime Tickets
Giveaway status
Winner notifications

The exact layout may vary as Kankaali continues to improve its Games Programme.
