1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services through Dukaan Delivery to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹499.

Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping may be available for select pincodes, with rates and delivery times determined by our courier partners via Dukaan Delivery. If available for your location, this option will be presented at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
-
COD is available for orders as per Dukaan Delivery's policy, typically for order values up to ₹[a common maximum for Dukaan is around 10,000 or 20,000, you can confirm this in your Dukaan admin]

An additional COD convenience fee of ₹40 will be applied to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable.

Please ensure you are available to receive your order and have the exact cash ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, payment method (prepaid vs. COD), and delivery pincode.

The COD convenience fee will also be displayed separately.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order status directly from the link provided in the email or by visiting the "Track Order" section on our website (if available) and entering your tracking number.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including pincode, house number, street, and landmark) to avoid delays or lost shipments.

Kankaali.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
6. Damages & Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at contactus@kankaali.com or 7999433038 within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.

We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost Shipments:

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office/delivery agent.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 business days of the supposed delivery date. We will open an investigation with our courier partner. Please note that investigations can take 5-10 business days. We will notify you once the investigation is complete and provide a suitable resolution.

RBI Guidelines Relevance: In line with RBI guidelines on consumer protection in digital payments, all eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase within the stipulated timelines mentioned in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For COD orders eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to your bank account via UPI/NEFT after obtaining your bank details.
8. International Shipping

Currently, Kankaali.com ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
